  • ½ Bauducco Panettone
  • 4 teaspoon of dulce de leche
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Directions: Cut Bauducco Panettone into slices and then with the help of a cutter or glass, cut into round slices (discard the skins); warm the slices in the oven. Meanwhile, assemble the dishes spreading a tablespoon of dulce de leche on each one, forming a circle slightly larger than the slices of panettone. Remove the slices from the oven and place them on top of the dulce de leche, add the ice cream and serve.

Optional: Before serving, sprinkle with almonds.
