  • 6.34oz – chocolate bar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 Bauducco Chocolate Panettone crumbled
Directions: Chop the chocolate and melt in microwave for approximately two minutes. Remove it, stir with a spoon and return to microwave for another two minutes. Add the warm cream and mix until smooth and creamy.

Crumble the Bauducco Chocolate Panettone with your hands and mix ¾ onto the cream, reserving ¼ to cover the brigadeiros. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for one hour. Make small balls with the dough, cover with crumbs of Bauducco Chocolate Panettone and serve.
