VANILLA BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM X
Ingredients:
  • 8 Bauducco Vanilla Wafers, chopped
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions: Chopped Bauducco Vanilla Wafers and butterscotch chips are folded into store-bought ice cream for this quick and easy frozen cookie-and-cream treat that the kids will love.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 1 hour chilling time)
Serves: 4

1. Reserve 1/4 cup Bauducco Vanilla Wafers; set aside. Let ice cream soften at room temperature for 10 minutes.

2. Stir together ice cream, remaining Bauducco Vanilla Wafers and butterscotch chips. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until ice cream is set. Sprinkle each serving with reserved Bauducco Vanilla Wafers.

Tip: Serve as is, or serve on the side with a slice of cake or pie. To make sundaes, layer with sliced bananas in individual cups. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.
