• 1 lb. ground beef • ¾ lb. ground pork • ¼ lb. ground ham or finely chopped • 1 onion • • 4 garlic cloves • 1 green pepper • 1 ripe tomato chopped • 2 envelopes Sazón Seasoning Mix with Coriander & Annatto. • 1 ham flavor bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon ham base (dissolved in a cup of water) • ¾ cup evaporated milk • 5 cups Bauducco Panettone cut in pieces • 1 jar (4 oz.) pimentos • 1 green apple peeled and cut in cubes • 3 oz. slicedalmonds • 2 tablespoons capers • 6 prunes chopped or ½ cup raisins • 6 Spanish olives • 1 boiled egg chopped
In a large sauce pan at medium-high heat cook the ground beef until the color change.
Add the ham and the onion and continue cooking until the onions turns clear. Add the garlic, stir and cook for a few more minutes adding the pimentos, tomato and season with the Sazón Seasoning Mix and the cup of bouillon.
Stir well and continue cooking at medium-high until it starts boiling, add the evaporated milk and the rest of the ingredients except the egg. Continue cooking at low heat for a few more minutes.
Check taste for salt or pepper. Serve with the chopped egg on top.
