Panettone Romeo and Juliet

Ingredients
1 Panettone Bauducco
180g of cream cheese
1 jar of guava marmalade

Way to prepare
Cut Panettone Bauducco in half vertically. After that, support each half and cut into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick horizontally. Spread the guava marmalade on the surface of the slices and then spread gently the cream cheese. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes. Serve.
PS: Keep and eye out for the guava marmalade and cream cheese so they don’t melt too much. They should be just warm to serve.
