Ingredients • 2 ½ cups Bauducco Panettone cut into small pieces
• 1 cup whole milk
• 4 eggs
• ¾ cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Directions Preheat oven to 350F

In a mixing bowl soak the Bauducco Panettone pieces in the milk. In another bowl beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix ingredients from both bowls together, stir and pour this mixture in a pre greased or a covered caramel bread pan.

Bake for about 40 minutes until a wood toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The time of baking depends on the type of oven and pan.
