BAUDUCCO PANETTONE ICE CREAM CAKE X
Ingredients • 6 (2.8 oz.) Bauducco Mini Panettone
• Ice cream (any flavor)
• Plastic food wrap
• Condensed milk (optional)
Directions Using a bread knife cut the top of the Mini Panettone, remove the center and fill it with ice cream. Cover the ice cream with the top of the Mini Panettone and wrap them with plastic food wrap. Freeze them immediately until ready to serve.

If desired before serving the Mini Panettone spread a spoon of condensed milk in each plate before setting the Mini Panettone. You may also sprinkle colored sugar over them.
