BAUDUCCO PANETTONE FRENCH TOAST X
Ingredients 
• 1 Bauducco Panettone cut into one-inch-thick slices

• 4 egg yolks

• 1 can evaporated milk

• 1 cup of sugar

• ¼ cup dry wine

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

• 6 whole eggs

• Butter to grill them

Ingredients for the syrup:

• 2 cups of sugar

• 2 cups of water

• 1 lime peel

• 2 cinnamon sticks

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions Beat the egg yolks, add the milk, sugar, wine, vanilla and cinnamon. Soak the slices of Bauducco Panettone in the egg mixture. Beat the whole eggs, dip the slices of soaked Bauducco Panettone on both sides, drip dry and using a frying pan or grill on high heat fry the slices in the butter to a golden brown.

Directions for the syrup: In a saucepan with handle at high heat add all the ingredients but the vanilla and stir, bring it to a boil. Add the vanilla and continue boiling until it stars thickening.

When to tell that the syrup is ready: scoop some up with a spoon and you stop getting separate drops it is ready.
